Throughout his career, he has combined the private practice of law with active participation in academia. He has also served on the boards of various companies, contributing a strategic legal perspective to corporate decision-making. He has advised companies across different industries, with particular emphasis on compliance, legal risk management, and corporate structuring. In the institutional and sports arena, he served as a director of the Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (ANFP), an experience that further strengthened his profile in governance and the management of complex organizations. He has extensive litigation experience before Ordinary Courts, as well as in Arbitration and Sports Tribunals. His practice is distinguished by a comprehensive business-oriented approach, combining legal rigor, practical experience, and strategic insight. He earned his law degree, with distinction, from the Universidad de Concepción. He also holds a Master’s candidate degree (LL.M. ©) in Business Law from the Universidad del Desarrollo, a Diploma in Civil Law from the Universidad del Desarrollo, and a Diploma in Oral Litigation Skills from the Universidad de Chile.
